At Hausly, we work with trusted global suppliers and fulfilment partners (including Zendrop) to deliver quality products directly to your door as efficiently as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.


Estimated Shipping Times

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days depending on destination

These timeframes reflect supplier fulfilment + international transit via Zendrop partners.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, supplier location, and destination.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.


Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Hausly is not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

While we work with reliable fulfilment partners, occasional delays may occur due to:

Lost or Missing Orders
